Overall the staff was very helpful. The hotel's location was magnificent and perfect down an alleyway off the Grand Canal main thoroughfare. Further, it was just next door to the Santa Lucia train station, the supermarket and Venice.

I have stayed in double room with dedicated bathroom for use, shared patio plus a very comfortable bed for 1 night. The hotel's position was incredible, really close to vaporetto and which is also very centrally located. Santa Croce district was worth staying in.

Had very lovely stay during this vacation. The location to all public transport was comfortable. It was also very close to the bridges of Venice, a quiet area, a minute from Grand Canal and the train station and ferry stops. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Everything was good and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. It was beautiful, tidy and on to another guests bathroom. The staff and the host were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location was particularly good, at a short distance from a style church. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and the restaurant was nice.

Loved my excellent stay during this vacation. Overall it was good sized and absolutely perfect with internal private bathroom. The location was excellent and perfect, for example, a wide canal was not too far from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, the check in was easy. Everything was amazing, I recommend.

the hotel was near the heart of venice. the venue was near the airport, 20 minutes drive. our rooms were really spacious with comfortable beds. lots of food at breakfast, including coffee, milk, yogurt, fruit and tea. this venue provided parking lot.

Everything was quite new, liked our very special stay. Slices of fresh bread and pastries provided in the morning. Thanks to all very thoughtful staff. It was walking distance to Ostaria al Vecio Pozzo, where you can have lunch.
